Devin and Brock were very professional and gave me plenty of options to prevent extensive damage to my heating system until they could replace a transformer part on the back of the boiler. The original issue was the with a flow control valve that is now working fine after they rewired the the connections to the transformer and switch. For some reason this resolved some heating inconsistencies between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. There is some maintenance work left on the boiler and upcoming ac work I can do cheaper on my own.. but these techs were accommodating and quick, I'm going let Air King have the business! Will be recommending them for some commercial work to my fortune 500 clients as well! Read Less

Air King was extremely professional and timely with services we needed. Our radiator in the house was not working and the team was very knowledgeable for what needed repaired, parts required, and accurate estimates. I requested from Air King for an estimate of replacing an existing furnace. They sent a representative, Jim who scheduled an appointment. Jim arrived early near 8a.m., he inspected existing equipment. Afterwards, he informed me he would work up a quote and send to me via email. What I appreciate with Jim was he spoke my language in terms of suggesting one doesn't need to do everything at once based on your ability to pay or afford. He seemed to have an inclusive ability to communicate with the average working individual. Long story short, after receiving quote, I was ready to move forward. Thought price was reasonable. Date of installation was set about 2 weeks out. On the day of install, technicians called indicating they would be later due to having to pickup some supplies. On their arrival, I directed them to area where furnace was to be replaced. Hours later, once the thermostat was installed, I was told job was complete. I didn't feel heat from furnace immediately and was concerned. I had furnaces installed in past and results were pretty immediate. Overnight, I let furnace run, however, the following day basement was still cold, it freaked me out. I immediately called Air King and explained the situation. They sent out a technician within a few hours. On his arrival, he made a few adjustments and the furnace is working as it should.
