Air King has an awesome staff. From my first telephone call to schedule a service call to the installation of my AC unit, I felt like a valued customer. I returned from a trip to Missouri to find that my downstairs unit was not working. I called the office that afternoon. Dave came out Tuesday afternoon, and I had my unit installed by Thursday at 1:43 pm. I’m specific about the time it was completed because I had to leave my house by 1:45 for an appointment. Dave thought the guys could complete it in that time frame, but I got a little worried when they didn’t show up until 11:15.am. I shouldn’t have worried. Kyle and Doug worked and worked, and sure enough, they did it! Everyone loves the HVAC people when they need service; I am especially thankful for Air King and the skill of their employees! I had to replace my furnace and was quoted a price by one company (who also quoted a price that included a new a.c. since the unit I had was 25 years old). I called Air King and Jeff came out later that afternoon and gave me a quote on a new furnace as well as furnace and a.c. I choose to go with Air King because the units were the same company as the one's I had and the quote was much better. Long story short, I now have a new furnace and a new a c. Timely service, friendly staff and technicians, cleaned everything up and now I am set for cooler weather as well as warm weather next spring and summer. Very happy customer. Read Less
